Cancellation Policy

At Soap Scum Society, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To provide the highest level of service, please review our booking policy before scheduling. Booking Deposit A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your final service total. Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the booking deposit. Arrival & Vehicle Readiness Please ensure your vehicle is accessible and ready for service at the scheduled appointment time. Delays or inaccessible vehicles may require the appointment to be rescheduled. Pricing Prices listed are starting prices. Final pricing may vary depending on the size of the vehicle and its condition. Any price adjustments will always be discussed and approved before work begins. Weather Outdoor appointments may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions. If weather prevents service, your deposit will be transferred to your rescheduled appointment.
